Our Volunteer
Management Team
We work to ensure that the importance of the presence of a father is acknowledged within Jamaican families, by changing how parenting is viewed, highlighting the impact of positive fathering, empowering fathers whilst affirming those that are actively participating in the lives of their children.
Become A Volunteer
When a community is introduced to positive fathering and the significance of a paternal figure in the home, it can change just about everything. It can improve health, decrease the level of criminal activities within the community, improve the outlook of the sexes among each other and improve community morale.
Our Staff
AFCJ is governed by 8 executive members inclusive of two (2) Directors and a Secretary. Occasionally, temporary staff members are invited to join the team, depending on our current project needs.
